NSSC Won Award of “Prominent Contributing Unit of Manned Spaceflight Project”

  On 16th December, on the celebration meeting held by Central Communist Party and State Council in People’s Congress Hall on the successful rendezvous and docking mission of Tiangong-1 and Shenzhou-8, the Laboratory of Space Environment Forecasting from National Space Science Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was awarded “Prominent Contributing Unit of Manned Spaceflight Project”.

  Liu Siqing, the Head of the Laboratory of Space Environment Forecasting, as representative of National Space Science Center, received the award. In addition, Cai Yanxia from Laboratory of Space Environment Forecasting and Sun Zhibin from Laboratory of Space Science Testing Technology won the title of “Prominent Contributing Individual of Manned Spaceflight Project”.
