The National Space Science Data Center won the Best Practice Award at the 2024 IEEE World Congress on Services
On July 10, 2024, the National Space Science Data Center (NSSDC) was invited to the “2024 IEEE World Congress on Services” held in Shenzhen, and awarded the “IEEE International Conference on Cloud Computing Best Practice Award” for its excellent practice in cloud computing field.
During the conference, NSSDC introduced China's latest achievements in space science data processing, storage and analysis to participants from all over the world. Many participants expressed their interests in NSSDC’s work and had in-depth exchanges and discussions on related issues.
NSSDC enthusiastically elaborated its operations in detail, from the construction background and technical advantages of NSSDC to the practical application cases of cloud computing in space science field, which demonstrated China's innovative capabilities and application achievements in the field of cloud computing. The participants spoke highly of the technical strength of NSSDC in cloud computing and big data processing, and looked forward to the future cooperation between the two sides in space science field.
The IEEE International Conference on Cloud Computing Best Practice Award is not only a recognition of the practical achievements of NSSDC in the cloud computing field, but also an affirmation of China's technical level in space science data processing.
