Awards Ceremony

Associate Prof. Tjuatja Saibun, Director of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Wave Scattering Research Center, University of Texas at Arlington, was awarded an Appointment Letter of Chinese Academy of Sciences Visiting Professorships for Senior International Scientists signed by President Lu Yongxiang of CAS. Prof. Wu Ji, Director Chief of the Center for Space Science and Applied Research (CSSAR), CAS granted the appointment letter to him on Dec.16, 2010.

The Visiting Professorships Program is an international program of CAS aiming to enhance the science & technology innovation capacity of CAS institutes by inviting accomplished researchers from overseas to participate in research in CAS. Associate Prof. Tjuatja Saibun is the second visiting professor in CSSAR, he will work in CSSAR for 4 month to work with staff in the Key Laboratory of Microwave Remote Sensing Technology, CAS.
