Two Programs Related to the 64th IAC are open to Young Scientists for application, announced by the International Astronautical Federation.

The first one is Emerging Space Leaders Grant Programe, which provides opportunities for students and young professionals to participate in the annual International Astronautical Congress;

The second one is Next Generation Plenary, a panel discussion on Next Destinations for Human Space Exploration with students and young professionals. The deadline for application is 1 Feb., 2013.
