LI Hui

LI Hui, Professor and Deputy Director General of NSSC. He received his PhD from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2011. His research focuses on the evolution of interplanetary disturbances, the dynamics of geospace storms, and the impact of space weather on global climate change. He has published over 90 peer-reviewed papers in international academic journals such as NSR, ApJ/ApJL, JGR/GRL. He has led more than ten national-level research projects and was selected as one of the China-U.S. Space Science Young Leaders. He currently serves as a council member of the Chinese Space Science Society, vice chair of the Planetary Physics Committee of the Chinese Geophysical Society, co-convener of the science team for the Tianwen-2 mission, member of the planetary science expert group for lunar and deep-space exploration, editorial board member of Reviews of Earth and Planetary Sciences, and member of young editorial board of Earth and Planetary Physics.
